This Privacy Policy explains how Micro Sub Tracker handles information when you use our Android app and related services, including this website. It is intended for Google Play listing requirements and for users who want a clear picture of our practices.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- Account data — email address, display name, authentication credentials (passwords are stored hashed), and country of residence you select during onboarding.
- Subscription records you create — names, amounts, billing cycles, categories, renewal dates, notes, and related metadata you enter or confirm.
- Optional content you submit for parsing — pasted invoice/receipt text or receipt images when you choose to use those features (Pro). We process this to suggest plan fields for your confirmation.
- Device & app data — push notification tokens, device platform, app version, and basic diagnostics needed to deliver reminders and keep the service reliable.
- Purchase / entitlement data — plan tier and status, and Google Play purchase identifiers needed to unlock Plus/Pro after a verified purchase.
- Website usage — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) when you visit this site.
We do not require SMS inbox access. The app is designed around manual entry, paste, and optional receipt capture — not reading your messages in the background.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account, and send email one-time passwords (OTPs).
- Store and display your tracked subscriptions, burn rate, trials, and reminders.
- Suggest plan details from content you voluntarily submit for parsing.
- Verify Google Play purchases and maintain your paid entitlement.
- Send the local/push notifications you enable.
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI / automated processing
When you use receipt or invoice suggestion features, submitted text or images may be processed by third-party AI providers acting as processors on our behalf, solely to extract candidate subscription fields. You choose when to submit that content. Do not submit content you are not comfortable sharing with our processors.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, email delivery (e.g. Resend), and push notification services needed to run the product.
- Google Play — for billing, purchase verification, and distribution.
- AI processing providers — only for optional parse/suggestion features you trigger.
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Data retention
We retain account and subscription data while your account is active. If you delete your account in the app, we delete or anonymize associated personal data from active systems within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, taxes, or legal compliance (for example, purchase records).
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and keep your device updated.
8. Your choices & rights
- Update profile details in the app where available.
- Disable notification permissions in system settings.
- Delete your account from in-app preferences (or contact us at mdtajbirhossain030@gmail.com if you need help).
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email us to make a request.
9. Children
Micro Sub Tracker is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International transfers
We may process data on servers located outside your country. Where we do, we take steps designed to protect the information in line with this policy.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
